Medicare

Dr. Stolte is a participating physician with the Medicare program. Participating physicians agree to accept assignment on all covered services and Medicare generally pays 80% of the allowable charge. If your deductible is met, you will be responsible for the 20% that Medicare doesn't pay. Please ask one of our assistants for further information.

Because statements and billing costs have become so expensive, and because we do our best to keep all medical costs down, we do ask you to pay for office visits and treatments at the same time the service is rendered. If you have insurance, we will file claims with your primary insurance carrier, and only ask that you pay your co-payment amount at the time the service is rendered.
